After finding Lady Saerielle in the Tree of Life at Faerina's Shrine, she informed you that she believes a dark entity is behind the corruption of both the Tree of Life and of Umbra Forest itself.

After returning to the safety of the sanctuary, Lady Saerielle suggested that you seek the guidance of a hermit, Casius Dusksong, who used to be a member of the local community. He was supposedly cast out from the sanctuary due to his unfavorable opinions. He is thought to reside deep inside of the Enigmatic Grotto.

As you and Jinxie head out towards the grotto, you are warned that there are reports of a massive horde of Undead moving in the same direction.

When jinxie says "be careful we might step on something" and i click next, my pet loses all its hp, how do i avoid this ?

I don't specifically recall this part either, but my suggestion would be to make sure you have 3 pets in your party! You can expand your party slots by visiting the Plaza in the Sanctuary of Saerielle, if you haven't already.

If you don't have enough gold right now to buy the slots, feel free to send me a CoD for the gold you need. ^-^

Even if 3 party pets don't solve this particular problem, you're probably going to need a full party to finish the story. :)

hmm...I didn't experience anything like this in my walkthrough. But there was a point where I dug up something and all my pets died...

I don't fully understand where you're at or what choices you've made. Would you be able to screenshot anything that might help? Could you check where you are on the walkthrough? I'm having trouble. You might be able to fix the problem if you look through what I did. But i'm not sure.

i never really focused too much on adventures just sell/buy
you might be correct i only have 1 member dont know how to add to it

mustve been because you had more pets than 1 on party, ive been stuck on that 1 spot with 1 party member not knowing how to add more pets for a few years now

its been stuck around the large troll part where 1 pet auto dies according to what i saw in your post

You don't know how to add more pets to your party? Have you bought your second and third party slots from the plazas in Esior's Haven and the Sanctuary?

i never done that, but when i saw "esiors haven" i quickly went to explore all over the place and saw the party expansion, thanks for that i never even knew that and just ignored that one part seriously thank you.

Do remember to pick up the party expansion that gets you your third slot, too
