If you're on a computer you have to print screen. Paste the picture into an image program like Paint and save it to your computer. Then you have to upload it to an image sharing site like imgur. Copy the image address and paste it into the bit of sylestia you're wanting to share the image to using [im g][/i mg] without the spaces. ^.^

Ok. ^.^ On your keyboard there should be a button with an abbreviation of Print Screen on it (Generally top right). It often can look anything like: PRTSC, PRNTSCN, PRNTSC .etc.
Sometimes if you're on a laptop (or have a small keyboard) you might have a bunch of buttons with multiple functions and can't use the print screen button straight away:
And you'll have to use the Function or FN key (often at the bottom left) in order to use the second function (much like using the shift key).
Pressing the print screen button will automatically take a picture of the whole screen which you can then use to post to Sylestia.
I'm afraid I don't know how to do it from a phone though. ^.^'

In that case you'll probably have to use either the windows snipping tool, or the on screen keyboard. Use your search bar (lower left) and type in either snipping tool, or on screen key board:
For the snipping tool, select new and then click and drag arout the section you want to copy:
You should then be able to save it as an image file or copy it into an image editor so you can upload.
For the on screen keyboard when you open it, it should bring up a key board that will have a print screen button you can use:
You'd then paste to an image editor. When using the on screen keyboard the keyboard will be in the picture so you might want to crop that out. ^.^
