I haven't played this in around a year, or maybe more. I think the reason I probably quit is because the breeding aspect of the game at the time was.. Not great? It wasn't really worth breeding Sylesti's unless you planned on keeping them. Nothing would sell or if it did, it'd be for so little it wasn't even worth it. (Unless of course, they were an amazing custom design)
So my question is, has it improved? I like the battling and catching parts of the game, but not really being able to breed for profit or any reason at all doesn't sit well with me. I have little to not idea of the state of the game at the moment, could anyone fill me in? |

Well; i'll say it now even if you don't decide to fully return; Welcome back!
As for your question about breeding. That's more of a 'know the market' sort of deal. Purebred pets of themed, restricted, and sometimes fabled pets are a safer bet to try to sell than random pets that you breed with. However you can also make a project and sell the pets you end up making in the end sure it's a gamble but that's why if you breed a project you should also like the end result enough to want to keep one of your own.
There are ways to test out the water with project designs; though i've never done it myself. I think you can ask on general chat or in one of the forums. Another way to sell pets albeit a bit expensive is to breed them till you can produce max stat pets. They are a bit more valued due to the upcoming mega zone drawing nearer and due to the contests during Festivals. To breed those however you need to constantly use prisma philters to up the stats each generation of babies. Which is why it's expensive.
Sadly that's all I know about the breeding market. I tend to sell themed pets I capture from festivals to make money. Or battle.. Or let my pets do missions. Which if you do need money you should get started on asap. Missions might take long but they do bring in the money even if it's little by little. I do hope this was helpful. ^w^ |
