I am wanting to be able to sell some of my pets, but I have no idea what to sell them for. Please any help with how to price pets would be greatly appreciated.

for the price range you have to ask yourself a few question before looking the average price in the generator :
1. Is it a tagged or pb
2. do it have restricted trait
3. how many trait point do it have
4. if it's a project offspring ( if yes : is it a full on project or a regen pair)
once you have that in hand, the best way it to look the advenced shearch for pets that have the similar look from it. If it's a taged just look how mutch people ask for those from the specific tag and make an average depending on the trait it have, people will usualy pay more for visual then carry.

This is generally what I go by:
"Normal" pets
Each Vis: 100g
Each carried: 50g
Each Hidden:20g
Restricted Vis: 200g
Restricted Carried: 100g
Restricted Hidden: 50g
Maxed(I don't have): x10
Pairs: x5
Themed: x10
"Fabled" Pets (And Puffs)
Each Vis: 1000g
Each Carried: 500g
Each Hidden: 200g
Restricted Vis: 2000g
Restricted Carried: 1500g
Restricted Hidden: 1000g
Maxed (I don't sell): x100
Pairs: x10
Themed: x100
So for example If I sold:
4 vis @100g Each=400g
1carried @50g Each= 50g
3 hidden @20g Each= 60g
