Unfortunatly, I'm not really in any need of much money right now and don't want to sell anything that might be desireable in a trade for the Nephini essence, so the gnarled axe and the enhanced are only available in trade, as are the Nixi and Bulbori because I'm not sure I want to SELL them. However, for the other two I'll sell them for 15k, unless that's overpriced. I haven't checked the broker.
Edit: To prevent this from happening again, I have marked all items that I will not be selling for gold until I get the Nephini Essence

Um, though the offer was a little tempting, despite looking for items, I'm not overly interested in those pets. (I'd be interested in the first one except I don't like males with plain wings)

The items I'm looking for are not wardrobe in origin. I am looking for an enhanced or mythical Nephini essence and a greater genetic mutator, or a number of diamonds so I can purchase them myself.
