okay! so on my first day I got a faelora essence and made this cutie here. I'm extremely happy with her as she is am not interested in getting any more traits on her

I just got another Faelora essence! I'm trying to decide whether to sell it outright or to make a male to breed her with when they both grow up. If I did make the pair do you guys think there would be interested buyers for their children? And if so, what Mutations/genes do you suggest on the father? The same so that the babies are guaranteed to have the dust or something else so they can carry multiple traits for other breeders to play with?

If you would like I can breed you a baby from my pet Puck and you can see if you like the colors. If you do you can have the baby for free for your girlie there (he will have dust, maybe wings) I can re-breed until i get a male for you. Then you can sell your essence also!

I remember a mention about an incest prevention system on the breeding guide though. I don't know how it works, but does that mean it only applies to siblings and not to if it's a child of a parent? I'm new to the site in general so I'm still learning things!

edit: I'm silly, I think I realize what you meant now, it would be breeding from your two rather than yours and mine... woops

That pale blue made between the two is absolutely lovely, I'd say my favorite of your examples is the one with the pink flower petals.

I definitely appreciate it, I'll wait for more replies before making a full decision on whether or not to sell the essence, but in the meantime Soleil isn't old enough to breed anyway! I just started playing a couple days ago.

I'm basically trying to gauge how desirable her colors are as is, since I noticed people who breed to sell or obtain mutations will breed pairs with identical/near identical colors.

I apologize ahead of time if this counts as a pre-mature bump, I'm just updating with my decision c:

I think I'm gonna sell the essence since there seems to be no interest in me breeding Soleil for ones with similar colors to her.
Also I just caught this gorgeous male, even if he is a common. I might get a mutator for him in the future, we'll see!



and I just tested what kind of colors the two would make together, and... well, here's some examples





basically it's silver with gold eyes and red/purple/pink flower almost every time, with the occasional one that's more golden like the mother c:
