I really want to do a male zolnixi for this but I don't have many frost tokens to get the things I need

Just a heads up, and I don't know if you mean it, but it's against the rules to ask for free items :<

To get frost tokens, explore in the fest zone.

Seeing that you're level 39, I have a tip: Get a level 59 pet, put it in your team, level it up, and tada! Level 60 :)

I can give you some level 59 pets, if you'd like.
