Mother Frost is the mascot for the Snowmen Exchange, but has anyone else noticed her mysterious and beautiful cape?

Looking into code, we find that this back item is called the Crazed Druid's Cape, and Mother Frost is wearing the Snow Hare coloration for it.

If you look through all the background items in your wardrobe, you will find nothing matching this name or style. From the looks of the item though, it is possible it may still be a work in progress, as only certain visible areas have the amazing details.

Hopefully we will soon see this back item released though, as it looks quite pretty, and I'd love to see what other colorations it may have.

There have been NPC characters in the past that used avatar items that werent in the wardrobe. I think the 2017 summer fest shopkeeper had a cape that wasnt in the wardrobe either.
