*raises a paw* i can help with pretty much all of that. I am always on sylestia (even when i should be sleeping... #insomniac), so i could pretty easily do everything you ask for ^^

I absolutely love training, and i am constantly working out which groups of pets to train and when to train them lol (i actually should be finishing up a few pretty soon...)

I am slightly OCD about breeding pairs, and i tend to keep a spreadsheet of what pets look best with who, and which pairs will likely produce the most traits.

Hmm.. I don't really want to be a reason you can't sleep! I think I'll wait for a few more people to apply before making a choice. I understand you have a training thread, as I'm quite selfish you probably wouldn't be able to start on mine immediately.
With breeding pairs - I actually enjoy breeding ones you would be surprised on how pretty the offspring are. I dislike ones similar to parents. Such as: x3

Im willing to help! Im on quite a bit, know a decent amount about traits, genetics, probabilities, how to get gold, etc. I can most definitely talk, bump threads, give breeding suggestions, and I like designing quite a bit. Training I can do, but it may take 4-5 days to get mutiple pets to Lvl. 60.

I'd be willing. I have a lot of spare time, and I've managed to train up a pet from 0-50 in one day before. I love making designs, etc, and I'm available to talk pretty much the whole workday, and sometimes in the evenings.

I'm also all for questions - even if you wind up just needing an extra person to bounce things off of after picking someone else. :)

...I also have a lot of fun with spreadsheets, if needed for anything.

I am not sure that I count because I have only been on Sylestia for 61 days but I am active and am online often. I can do all of the things you have listed as required. You have designing projects as the most important and I enjoy designing projects (even though I don't have enough money to make most of them).

I am willing to talk and be a sounding board even if you don't end up hiring me.
