Here is the official announcement thread for the 2018 Week of Love!
Start Time: Saturday, February 10th at 12:00 PM
End Time: Monday, February 19th at 11:59 PM
The Week of Love is a very special time of year for Sylestia. It is the time where everyone can express their love and care for their fellow Sylestians. In order to celebrate this cherished time, we will be having a mini event with lots of great available prizes including Themed Pets, Avatar Items, and new Pet Traits!

In celebration of Valentine's Day, we have decided to add a Limited Bundle to the Diamond Shop. This bundle contains a bit of everything offered from the 2018 Week of Love event! Included are the following:
We have added a brand new Restricted Trait Disruptor into the game for Valentine Lace! This RTD is different than all previous RTDs in that it can be used on any species - they are universal. At first glance, it may seem redundant to have both an RTD for Valentine Lace and the Lovely Mutators, however they both function differently and can be used on different types of pets. The Lovely Mutator is just an actual Mutator, so it can only be used on Tamed pets that haven't already been Mutated. Whereas the new RTD follows all normal RTD restrictions and can be used on a lot of other types of pets.
Eros Avatar Item Set
We have released a brand new Avatar Set for this year's Week of Love: the Eros Avatar Set! The complete set can be purchased from the Diamond Shop for 1,600 Diamonds or each bundle can be purchased for 400 Diamonds.

Lovely Mutator
The [Lovely Mutator] is back! The Lovely Mutator acts as a regular Mutator item and must adhere to the same restrictions, however, it allows the player to select a specific Week of Love Inspired Trait to add to their Pet. This includes the Restricted Traits such as Valentine Lace and the Angelic Puffadore Traits.
Lovely Mutators can be purchased from the Diamond Shop for 300 Diamonds.
Double Battle Experience
For the duration of the Week of Love, all battles from the Viridian Meadows, Umbra Forest, and Astryl's Vale regions will yield 100% Extra Experience! Get those Party Pets prepared for The Lost Grove!
Cupid's Guardians
For the duration of this event, players can encounter Cupid's Guardians roaming through the zones in Astryl's Vale. These zones include Sweet Blossom Orchard and Astryl's Tranquillity.
Cupid's Guardians have a chance at dropping an entire set of unique Avatar Items, [Avatar Item (Retired - Week of Love)], and even the Cupid's Angelic Puffadore Themed Pets.
Cupid's Angelic Puffadore Themed Pets
The Cupid's Angelic Puffadore Themed Pet Set has returned again this year. These can be obtained by defeating the Cupid's Guardians in the available zones or by directly being purchased from the Diamond Shop for 1,000 Diamonds.
These Themed Pets contain the Angelic Restricted Trait set that includes Angelic Runes, Angelic Armor, Angelic Halo, and Angelic Wings.

Really would love an Eros set. Sadly I might have to miss out this year. Happy to see a Valentine lace RTD!

Unfortunately, no.
The way things mechanically work in the database, I can't have both an RTD and remove the Generator restriction at the same time. In order to allow for such a thing, I'd have to re-code how one or the other works - which I sadly do not have time for given the imminent release of The Lost Grove in a week.
I'm sorry.

Hi Krin, just wanted a little clarification on Cupid Guardian drops, are they able to drop this year's new items or just the one's from last year? :)
