I've checked up to page 7 in the forums and can't find anything. Can someone please tell me where he resides?

He's all the way to the left of the map.

Head about three spaces down then straight out from the docks. He's a named so he will always be there, not just when you wander up. Compared to Desius, Aryth, and the other bosses, Vorpar was just a scary looking baddie, easier by far, I defeated him in about 12 turns, no kidding. But that was for me.
