We apologize for the Cloudflare issues the past few days. I wish I had an answer, but I don't at this point.
We have been in constant contact with our host and they are doing everything they can. Unfortunately, Cloudflare is taking hours/days to respond and it's making things very difficult...
The outages keep occurring when our server is well below capacity, so that isn't the issue. And Cloudflare is being extremely difficulty in diagnosing the issue.
If this isn't resolved in a few days, we will be cancelling our Cloudflare service and will look for a different CDN to use. In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience and are doing everything we can to fix it.
