so Pretty Princess, Green Smuge, and Robin?

Most teams people use in the Grove are Tank (usually water, earth, or shadow, rarely light), light healer, and attacker (air or fire element)

Pretty Princess should be fine to work with, perfectly respectable earth tank, 1HP/1Str/1Agi prof setup should work okay.

Robin being the light healer would probably be best statted fully Int (rather than 1HP/2Int) with either full pyromancer or combo pyro/lightbringer equips (Light healers make use of the Dex)(especially once they hit lv65 and the Earth Tank gets access to the Taunt debuff)

Green Smuge, though, is a shadow element, which makes a bit of an awkward attacker.
Shadow's lv65 move inflicts Taunt, and just overall it isn't as oriented toward being an attacker as Air or Fire. And he's statted and equipped for Int/Agi rather than straight int or int/dex?

(At Rank 1:
Shadow base attack does
100% damage, 25% chance of inflicting Siphoned, which does 50% dpt

Air base attack does
150% damage, 100% chance of inflicting Bleeding on a critical, which does 100% dpt

Fire base attack does
100% damage, 50% chance of inflicting Burning on crit, which does 100% dpt

Additionally, Vampire strike, the second move, does 200% damage and heals the attacker, but inflicts no debuff, while Air and Fire's second attacks both have impressive damaging debuffs)

Okay. You'll definitely want to read this after you read Scath's.

Anyways - what they said for your light is great. I have no tips for Robin (You do definitely need to switch all her gear to Pyromancer though).

For your tank, you can use either Pretty Princess or Green Smudge - it doesn't matter which you choose to use. I personally use Shadow (because it works for me xD).

Let's say you keep your Green Smudge as your tank (mostly because I don't know what works for Earth tanks - I work better with Shadow). You'll need to take Pretty Princess and switch her to Air or Fire (I use Air, again because it works for me). She'll need proper Air gear (Storm Caller) and prof points (I put one on HP, one on Strength, and one on Intel).

Hope this helps xD

Also, here are my three party pets in case you'd like to look at them:

Slot 1: Sweetheart (Shadow)

Slot 2: Honey (Light)

Slot 3: Pandemic (Air)

Hi Miss!

I see that you're still at level 64... even though you have put decent equipment on! >.<

The lost grove can be pretty tough, and I can think of two things that (might?) help:

1) Normally, the type of pet doesn't really matter if you have good equipment. But when things are tough, a pet that is just a little bit stronger can help...

Here is Grizzly, a present for you. Even though he is only level 60, he is already slightly stronger than your level 64 pets. He is best as your central pet, and if you stick with earth, uses warden equipment.

2) The captains and Elaine have a special method to defeat them. Until I learned it, I kept losing to the captains when I just attacked normally.

When the captain's mana is full, use quick attack on that turn. Then they get an ability called vanish for three turns. Block for those three turns (don't attack). You can attack normally the rest of the time.

Hope this helps!
