When can I expand my Party? Do I have to have a certain amount of gold in order to do so, or do I need to advance a bit more in the story? I've already expanded it once, so that I have two in my party now.

When you can see sylesti plaza in Esior's heaven there will be a man you can pay to unlock a new party slot. He also sells mission slots.

The Sylestie Plaza has already appeared, but I can't seem to expand my party anymore yet. I've already expanded it once, and I'm hoping to be able to have three in my party. I'm wondering when I can have William the Hunter expand it again, or how.

You'll need to get to the next town, which is in Umbra Forest to expand your party to 3 slots.
