can't get past these guys, what should I do? the sylesti's I use are all lvl 30-32

How many pets are in your party? Have you gotten your third party slot in the Sanctuary of Sarielle?
I assume your normal party is Phantom Wolf, Vladdy, and Toxic? If so, make sure to go into the pet pages for Vladdy and Toxic and add their proficiency points!
One of your two shadow pets (Vladdy or Toxic) should be your central pet.
It makes it *much* easier if you go onto the trade broker and buy lvl 25 or lvl 30 epic, legendary, or mythical equipment for your pets.
If you also buy new equipment at lvl 50, this should tide you over until lvl 60, when things increase in dificulty and you'll need to reorganise your party and equipment.

In terms of your third pet, I would also make it a Fire one, as pets attuned to that element are able to target multiple opponents at the same time. The third pet in my party is attuned to that element, and it has been a lifesaver. You need to spend gold to do so, it looks like (I just checked out your stable.), but it will pay off in the long run.
