(Not based on the movie, based more on the real island.)
The boat slowly floated into the dock, the large door on the back slowly opening. This was the first light of day that many of the articles of 'cargo' had seen in their whole life. Slowly one by one the cages were brought out of the ship, placed in the sand before the boat started away. Once a safe distance away the cages were remotely opened allowing the once pets, strays, test subjects to be free at last. This was their new home, and island all to themselves. That was almost five years ago, now the island stand almost empty. A lack of food and a deadly strained of illness wiped out nearly every dog on the island. Only the strongest survived but even now their odds are grim. One pack reins over a large part of the land though, the Alpha Clan as others call it. This is the largest pack, with about ten dogs at the moment though it seems to grow by the day. This is the story of life as a pack.
