Which gene would most likely be passed on...

Male 1: Autumn Flower (Blue Trait)

Female 1: Elven Harness (Green Trait)

There are a couple different scenarios.

Blue traits are vis, so a parent is guaranteed to give a kid one trait point from that trait. For example, if you were breeding that male to a female with no trait in that slot, the kid would get carried Autumn Flower.

Carried traits are not guaranteed to be passed on, but there is a possibility. If it is passed on, Elven Harness (M1 B) is more dominant than Autumn Flower (M1 D), so Elven Harness would come out on top.

TL;DR you can end up with carried Autumn Flower, /or/ vis Elven Harness with hidden Autumn Flower.

So its a chance but not guarenteed! With 6 visble trait sylesti is is better to have all blue, a mix of blue and green or a mix of all colors? I figured all blue would be better...that is why I was hoping since I had a blue maybe it would bump out the green in the other sylesti but I am worried lol. So far I have G2 sylesti that is visible, M1 sylesti that is visible, and M3 sylesti that is visible! All I need are G1, G3, and M2...
When I bought my latest sylesti it has my M2 gene I need...and a green trait I need it is just that one green trait in the M1 spot that is not what I need...so I am hoping if I breed them the dads blue trait will beat the moms green trait.....

6vis cannot have green - green is carried, not vis. 6v can have all blue, all purple, or a mix of blue and purple.

If you're only looking for specific traits, blue is best because there are no hidden traits that can show up when you don't want them. If you don't mind hiddens, then purple is okay.

When you're /breeding/ to 6v, if you use pets that have carried (green) traits that you want to get vis eventually, then green is fine. If a pet has carries that you don't want, though, then you'll want to be careful.
