I think I might be missing something... but...

How do you get past that mirror puzzle?

I've been selecting left and right, but Jinxie keeps telling me it wasn't the right mirror.
I think I might have missed something... as it keeps telling me that the colors on the tiles and walls don't match up.

But I have no idea what this matching color is supposed to be... and I've just been cycling in that area for like a half hour trying to figure out. x_x

Can someone help out?

Like said, I think I might have goofed up on something...

The mirrors are a sort of puzzle, and each mirror takes you to a different colored room. The trick is getting to the ones that advance you forward. If you return to a certain colored room that you've been to before, then you have clearly gone backward and need to pick a different mirror.

I would suggest charting which colors you encounter and which direction you picked. It should help you figure out which directions to go to to advance through the maze. 8>

I drew a map, as per Krin's advice.

It was kinda like an upside down tree, but for me took only half a page..(and 5hrs, but you didn't hear that).

I can show you an example, but I dunno if it's a true spoiler or not...it literally looked like a tree diagram.

That maze confuzzled me greatly

I drew out a map by hand. I just drew lines and labeled them left or right and the goal was to just try every route possible till I found the right one. Drawing a map keeps you from repeating ways you've already done.

I'm not sure if I had really bad luck when doing it or if it's programmed to give you the right path as the last route you try out of all possible paths.

If it did the latter (last path out of all possible), I'd be so sad. Though when I was doing it, it wasn't all that bad. I had like...maybe just 1 route I didn't try lolol.

It isn't that complicated of a map.

Hint: it took me 6 hallways to get to the end, roughly, if that helps measure the complete length of the correct path
