Mini Announcement: I'm cutting my number of responses to 1-3 responses per day (unless there's only one or two people playing) so I'm not overloading myself. I've also had less time to play Sylestia in general. Mini Announcement #2: Please be sure to stay an active player. I've had to many people that want to play and then never respond to their intro post. It's not my job to remind you. If you must ping yourself as a reminder that you need to play, then so be it. Mini Announcement #3: Due to going back to school, my responces are going to be quite slow. Sorry for the inconvenience.
So, I really liked Smolblu's "The Forgotten Paths". So I though I'd try my hand at making something similar. There's no real storyline, I just make it up as I go. That makes it way easier to deal with unexpected player reactions. If I spelled anything wrong, or my grammar is incorrect, please tell me. I appreciate it. Please excuse my bad story writing skills, I'm still working on them.
You can obtain eggs and pets in this game. When you receive an egg and/or pet, it will be added to your pet section. When you receive the pet, you can do what ever you want with it. If you don't want it, please tell me. If you need me to hold it, I will hold it for you for up to a week. If you need me to hold it for longer, let me know. If you do not take your pet in a month, you will not be given it and it will either be kept, sold, released, or given to another player.
The sign-up form is in the second post below.
Note: In game, words in () is out of game dialogue/info. Italics mean inner thoughts (this will usually only be used by players). Bold mean emphasis.
Let's begin.

You wake up in a place you've never been before. You feel light-headed and shaky. You look around to find you are in the middle of some sort of crossroad. There are four paths, each look very different from the other.
The path in front of you is made of broken stone and heads uphill. The path to your left is made of neatly placed bricks, it's also lined with birch logs. The path to your right is made of dirt and doesn't look very special. The path behind you is muddy and sticky.
While you were looking down the path in front of you trying to see where it led without actually going down it, a figure appeared behind you. It placed a hand on your shoulder, causing you to whip around and face it.
"Hello there child. Do not worry, I mean you no harm~."
Unsure of what to do, you wait for the woman to begin speaking again.
"You aren't from this world, are you?"
You opened your mouth to reply, but the woman interrupted.
"I thought so."
The woman paused, then she looked back at you.
"Please dear child, head my warning. Don't trust anyone here. This place is more dangerous than you could ever imagine. Be careful."
You blinked, and the mysterious woman was gone. You pondered her warning, but you had other things to worry about. Where were you? How did you end up here? What was going on in this world?

There's 3 player spot(s) left.
There can only be 10 players at a time. You can be put on a wait list. If you stop playing for over a week (7+ days), you will be deemed "Lost" and someone on the wait list will take your spot or the spot will be left empty if there are no players on the wait list.
If you sign-up and are accepted, your journey will likely begin the day after you join because I need time to write out an intro part for you. Player intros may be the same, slightly different, or completely unique (it usually depends on how creative I'm feeling). If it takes longer than a day for me to start/continue your journey, please PM and I will give you my explanation for being late.
If you release or sell any of the pets you have received, you will lose that pet in game. All images of the pets are clickable so I can make sure they haven't been released or sold to another person. If you have a pet in game, please make sure you tell me when you've named and/or re-named a pet.
You CANNOT play as a sylesti, play as a character from another fandom,
or have supernatural abilities. All player characters are just regular humans.
There are NO exceptions. (I'll allow looking like or being based on a
character from a fandom, but that's it.)
