So...I've been trying to find it on my own since I feel sorta stupid with not being able to find it in the first place, but I've given up on that so if someone could give me a super simple rundown as to how to see who's poked or nurtured my eggs that would be awesome...I am very oblivious but I seriously can't find the log...

I am VERY oblivious, wow. I found it finally.

The closest I can think of to what you are talking about is the Nurture option to tend the hatcheries of "users who nurtured my pets today", which isn't really a log but

Nope that sounds like what I was referring to though. I am quite oblivious, but is that just on the profile page or is it accessible through the hatchery or a different page?

Oh dear Jeebus *facepalms* I checked the hatchery page again and was looking at the help nurture sylesti option when I just noticed it. I've never used the option before. Thank you, I'm sorry

The path is Hatchery > Help Nurture Sylesties > Search > Users Who Nurtured My Pets Today. Click the "Search for Sylesties" button and it'll give you batches of Sylesties to click in groups of 10.
