I need 40k to revive pets... so I can send them out to do things. Is anyone willing in exchange for 60k in return when earned?

No, you can't heal there for free. It just says that when you don't have to heal any pets. :)

It costs gold to heal or revive your party pets using the towns Esior's Haven or Sanctuary of Saerielle. The cost depends on the health of your pets. The less health your pets have, the more it costs.
Sometimes, ~once a month, if some or all of your pets are unconscious, Jinxie will offer to revive your pets for free.
This is based off of personal experiences.

I'm pretty sure that if you wait about a month, you can revive your pets for free. It's also better to hire a stablehand, if you have the 10k AP achievement, to keep them fed so they don't go unconscious again.
it stands for advancement points. You can use them to buy things in your wardrobe, not all things, mostly normal hair, clothes, shoes...You gain them by nurturing pets and battling. At least, thats how I gain them.
