My sisters account was frozen and she cant get back in. could you either delete the account or allow her to sign in? we've tried everything to get her back in.

There's usually reasons for accounts getting frozen. Your best bet would be to PM krinadon or have her email support about it. Krin would be able to give more info on why and/or be able to unfreeze it.

My sibling's account was frozen too. They get on it more often than I do and they were confused why their account was frozen, and I found this forum or thread, and told them to contact Support@Sylestia.com, but they said they didn't know how. So my question is, how do you go to Support@Sylestia.com????
