If I were to make a club about something non-Sylestia-related, it would go in the Groups and Clubs forum, right? That or the Off-topic discussion?

Group and GUilds-just check some of the things going on there it's...varied. *AUKS?UKS?UHIH battle* but it would also work in off-topic i guess A(but group and guilds has more of that stuff)

Does anyone know if I would be allowed to post bands that do music for said fandom? Or is that considered advertising or something?

I don't really know, but my guess would be that if you're just posting in your own thread there'd be no issue. I can only see posting a band being a problem if you're putting it all over the place in unrelated threads or if you were pinging people who didn't want to be pinged.
