I've been curious about this for a while. It looks like an exploration thing?? do you have to be a certain level to play it or what?

Also, how often are festivals?

Are all the wings and such in the wardrobe permanently locked because they're from a holiday event or can you get them somehow?

TLG: It's intended for lv60+ content. You unlock it after finishing Sweet Blossom Orchard and Astryl's Tranquility.

Festivals: one for every season (summer, fall, winter, spring) + mini events for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, the Fourth of July...

Wings: Any item in the wardrobe with a sun icon in the upper left corner is from a festival. New ones may be added during fests, and sometimes you can get old ones from retired item boxes. Other items come from other places (forum games, dia shop, etc.).

You're lv47, so I'm going to assume you're somewhere in Umbra Forest?

SBO, AT, and TLG are all in the next section of the map, Astryl's Vale. You won't unlock them until completing Umbra Forest. I believe Aryth's Spire is the last zone there.
