But as far as how to go about it, its only 2 vis so thats pretty simple.

All you need is two regualr essences, or an enhanced (althoguh if you want it to be a project, go with regular XD) All you do is create both a male and female that carry the genes you want, then breed them untl you get a 2vis baby =) Its really easy to do, but it can take soem tiem to get a 2vis since a carry won't always pass tot he offspring.

If you use an enhanced though, you can make it without the actual project part.

Now if you want to make it using bred puffs, then all you need to do is find pets that have the traits you want. You coudl either search speciifcally for the colors you want, or dye the ones you buy. Heck, you could probably find one that is already 2 vis with those genes, in all honesty xD

Then your best bet would be to nurture your mind out XD Nurture as many puffs as possible, and you're bound to get an essence sometime.
