where do festive pets come from? looks like they started around 2013 but some are as recentley as 2018

Festive pets are from the winter festival, just like the halloween pets are still avalable each year, they comback. I am not 100% sure how to get them in the more recents festivals but originaly they were wild themme, recently they have been turned into an exclusive themmed so it is probably a rare price for eather the winter wonderland, the snow war or somthing that the main winter boss drop. ^-^

Yea, 2013 winter fest is when they would have started. They definitely weren't around 2012.
