How long does it take to complete a brew if I am putting many agents in (my brews are about 50%ish finished)? Basically, what Im asking is Do I have enough time to finish my brews (because I definitely have enough agents)?

Uh, probably not. You'll need to buy an expedient brew agent if you want to finish them.

How many brews do you have and how many coins do you have?

edit: I see how many brews you have. How many coins do you have? The cheapest Expedient Brewing Agents on the trade broker are 95k gold

3 brews at around 80% each and not very many coins, but a lot of agents

Let's see:
The festival ends tomorrow at basically midnight, which gives you all day.
Each brew is at almost 90%.
You have plenty of agents to keep them on perfect.
You're getting +4 points an hour.
So 288-254(your lowest brew)=34/=8.5, which means that, if kept on perfect throughout the entire time, it will only take you 8 and 1/2 hours to complete all your brews. I think you have plenty of time before the festival ends without the expedient agent. :)
So, never mind, then, about the trade broker.
