What strategy would be best for defeating the three Arch Mages at the end of the Garden Of Magnates? My main party is level 33, 37, and 45. All are strength based with matching Equipment. I am just lacking a good strategy. Could really use some help on this!

A good team would be a health tank, an intelligent or strong cannon (attcker) and on intelligent healer.
A lot of people find success with Earth/Air/Light build. Also enemies are autoleved usually so having two weak pets will hurt. Try and keep pet levels within 2 levels of each other for best results. You can go back to low level areas and train your two weaker pets so they are about the same level as your strongest pet. Also read the battle log, your enemy's are computers. The have pattern! Learn the patterns they use so you can shield stronger attacks and strick when they are weaker.

what are... enemies only match the level of your highest pet in the Festival Zone. Garden of the Magnates enemies are lv35 (not sure if there are any Elites there that might have higher levels, since I cleared the area literal years ago, but they'd likely be under lv40- likely 37-38?) so a team of 45/37/34 should be okay.

Typical team setup, yes, tank (not necessarily HP- my own tend to lean towards their Agi+attack, with few if any HP profs), healer, attacker.
Some people go Healer/attacker/attacker, or Tank/attacker/attacker, or Tank/buffer/attacker

Tank = slot 1 = Water, Earth, or Shadow, typically.
Water and Earth should have Assassin gear (which raises Str and Agi), while a Shadow typically has Illusionist (for Int and Agi)
Profs can go to HP, attack, or Agi (actual setup is personal preference for each user, depending on what works for them)

Healer = slot 2 or 3 = Light
Light healers do best with Evoker (for attack and dexterity, for greater chance of criticals)
Profs go to Int and Dex

Attacker = slot 2 or 3 = Air or Fire
Air get Myrmidon (for Str+Dex), Fire gets Evoker
Profs are in attack and Dex

(Water could also be a buffer or attacker, in slot 2 or 3, where you'd probably want Myrmidon on it for better crit chances rather than evasion)
(Shadow can also be an attacker, though not quite as well as Air or Fire- it'd want Evoker. It is possible to build a team of 3 shadows if you know what you're doing and wanted to for whatever reason)
(If you were to run a Light tank, you'd go Illusionist, but most people don't outside of the Fest Zone when doing Battle Boards since they're better with the points in Dex rather than Agi)

Looking at what you have currently, Desertroses19, you have Earth, earth, water which is, uh. Not going to get through any fights fast.
Earth is pretty much The Tank in its design, without the flexibility of Water and Shadow to buffing or attacking, since its attacks can Taunt the enemy into focusing solely on them (hence you want to have the Agi points so they have the better chance of evasion), so having two is... not a typical setup.

Neither Earth or Water are Air or Fire, which are very much designed to be The Attackers, with their movesets entirely dedicated to attacks and doing damage

(oh yeah, also, equipment stats scale both with level of the equip and rarity- try to get epic+ equips that are within 10 levels of your pets where you can. Replace any uncommon equips asap, they're garbage, and you're better off with legendary lv25s than level-matching uncommons even at lv55)
(you can get epic/legendary equips from Mission Satchels (there's a guide to Missions in the player guides forum, and they are far and away the best way to get gold in the game), and you can buy equipment from Saerielle if your Reputation with them is good enough, I believe?)

Thanks.
Now what about Desius? I tried my new main (Shadow, Light, Fire) and didn't last long. Another sort of sequence?

I probably shouldn't give advice on this, not being a max stat user or heavy strategizer, but with Desius, unless you decode all the glyphs before entering (in the tomb, you know, the shiny metal balls? They don't light up until the last one, and if it's blue, you decoded them all correctly (I think.)) he gets various buffs for each failed seal that make the fight more difficult. You can tank your way through all four buffs with a low-stat lvl. 60 team (what I did, and my tank didn't have a base stat except health higher than 15) quite easily. I am uncertain about whether you can backtrack to do the seals once you enter (and possibly fail) the Desius fight, if you can, do so. Check the walkthrough if you don't want to decode it all yourself.
Onto the party, just a few things.

Stardust presumably is your light pet, proficiencies seem good, and I hope it is in the second slot. It is also a solid 13-14 levels behind your other two party pets, and has no equipment. Understandably, level 30 gear is generally only obtained from the Nightfall Dungeon, and thus is rarer. I might suggest using one of the experience orbs from the Advent Calendar today on trying to bring Stardust up to speed.
Orchid, your earth tank, has the correct gear, though you might do better if it was level 40-45 gear.
Your unnamed fire party pet has the correct gear at it's highest usable level, though it would benefit from one more accessory.
If you'd like some rare-epic level 30-45 gear, there doesn't seem to be any on the broker at the moment, but I could CoD you some of mine (appropriate for the elements, of course) for half of the sale price.
Best of luck with Desius!
