so im wondering how long does it take for egglings to turn into hatchlings to adults

The following general rules of thumb apply to timing:
Hatchling - 72 hours
Adolescent - 216 hours
Adult - 648 hours
The numbers are totals so an adolescent, for example, would be 72 hours as an eggling and 144 hours as a hatchling... adolescents then remain as adolescents for approximately 432 hours before becoming adults.
The timings are not precise as nurtures, profile views, etc can speed the process up and site downtime slows the process down.
