I sent a PM to an Admin who welcomed me to the game but got no response, and this is quite frustrating, so I'm very sorry if this topic was already covered in the FAQ but I couldn't find it. I recently received four satchels from completing missions. I only have six things in my inventory but Im unable to open any of my satchels because it says "you cannot do that with a full inventory". This became a problem after I received one of the special satchels that glows purple. Ive done missions before and opened satchels before too, with way more items in my inventory, so I'm confused. I've tried everything and I couldn't find anything in the info messages from the admin here in the inventory sections. I also just recently saved up 10k to buy another inventory tab and it STILL says I can't open anything. The things in my inventory are just satchels now, which means I can't delete them or send them to other people or even sell them and I still have items to accept for completing missions and other quests in my quest logs. I am extremely frustrated and confused, someone please help! Thanks

Is your armor inventory full? If you have a full equipment inventory and the satchel will be giving you armor, then it will say your inventory is full.

Hey there Keedle~ Welcome to Sylestia~! Krin and Faiona, the owners of the site are the only two admins and aren't always on, so I'd not worry too much if they don't get back to you right away.

It sounds like your equipment tab is full. If you go to your inventory, you'll notice a blue link which says "Switch to Equipment". Any equipment drops you get are sent there instead of the first tab of your inventory. The satchel you're trying to open most likely contains an equipment item. ;)
