No. The Aristtocrat and Butterfly traits are normal traits on the puffadores, not restricted traits, so there is no disruptor for them.

Only traits that are red/have an asterisk (*) beside them in the generator are restricted. In the case of the puffadores this includes the steampunk traits, the angelic traits, valentine lace, lucky dust, and spring blossoms. If you are trying to regen a puffadore you can't choose the butterfly or aristocrat traits because they were released after the puffadore revamp. Only traits released before the art revamp are available to be regenned on a regennable pet.

How would you put the Butterfly or Aristocrat traits on a themed puff? Since all themed puffadores are exclusive (since puffs aren't found in the wild), they would either have to hatch with those traits, or you would have to use Philters of Trait Disruption (Themed) as many times as it took to get one of those traits. Keep in mind, you cannot use philters of trait disruption (themed) on anything but a first generation tagged theme (gold star), and that pet cannot have been bred before.
