I'd recommend...
Nonstats:
Fertile: 100k
(Sadly 4V spectral venes are available for ~50-100k on the open market, so you'll have to compete with the established prices.)
Infertile: 25k
You'll want to be absolutely sure if you do fertile sales, that you only ever sell them from ONE pair, or at the very least only one male.
Otherwise someone could buy a male offspriong from pairA, and a female offspring from pairB, and tadah! They can breed their own and there's really nothing you can do about it.
Maxed stats:
Infertile only at 300k.
Fertile: BIG NO! Don't do it. No pricetag is worth it.
If you sell them as fertile maxed stats other players will be able to quickly piggyback their own stats projects from your work and investment, and will probably sell their offspring for cheaper than you because they didn't put in the real investment of time and philters like you did. Subsequently they probably won't care about infertility, meaning more people will get to piggyback off their pets bred from YOUR project, and others will piggyback off of those pets, and suddenly maxed stats Ny'venes are literally everywhere and aren't worth a damn and you've lost your investment from one bad decision. Don't be a fool. Make sure your stats sales are infertile.
Beyond that... cool Nys! Once you're finished if you ever want to do a straight trade, I've got the Imperial Dragon restricted set cleared for my Bahamuts :)
