Yes
It's just a letter replacement puzzle- work out what symbol correlates to what letter, all of that symbol = that letter, so for instance sideways-A is 'I'
Most words you can figure out pretty easily, and thus work out the symbols that correlate to letters, and then fill those out.
Let's look at the first few words:
T _ IS | IS | T_ _ | T _ MB | _ _ | KI _ G | _ _ SI _ S
First word, pretty obvious, "This", so you can say "okay, all the times this +-with-circles-on sorta shape shows up, it's 'h'
fill in those
THIS | IS | TH_ | T _ MB | _ _ | KI _ G | _ _ SI _ S

TH_ is a pretty obvious 'the', so all instances of +-pretending-to-be-bird are 'e'
THIS | IS | THE | T _ MB | _ _ | KI _ G | _ ESI _ S

We already know it's a tomb, so wiggly-I-with-circle-in-the-middle is an 'o', replace all instances
THIS | IS | THE | TOMB | O_ | KI _ G | _ ESI _ S

Tomb belongs to someone, so weird lightbulb is most likely 'f' to make 'of', replace all instances
THIS | IS | THE | TOMB | OF | KI _ G | _ ESI _ S

(stat should be 200+ with just the base stat + proficiency point I think? Equipment bonuses are discounted if I remember rightly, as it's base+prof that makes them "true" to the stat)
