I'm looking for information on how to send items, currency or pets to another user. I recently asked another person to join, after returning from a hiatus. I figured having friends on here would make me more likely to stick around this time.

The thing is, I can't figure out how to send things. I was hoping to send over a couple potions and a bit of currency in order to help her with starting out... I've tried going into my inventory and clicking the envelope, but it's telling me it has to be transferable, but it won't let me use it.

What items, if any, are considered transferable?

Potions are never tradeable.

Other things you can't trade include: elixirs, revival draughts, traps, most items from the yearly advent calendar, exceptional test/infert/scan kits, mission satchels.

Most other stuff (philters, essences, perfumes, equips, experience orbs, avatar items, festival items) can be traded.

Gold can be "traded" by having the recipient send an item (most commonly fairy mushrooms, but it can be anything) for a CoD cost.

Thank you for letting me know. :) I'd bought a bunch of potions earlier to split them with her when she joined. Had I realized I couldn't trade them, I wouldn't have bought quite as many (though I know they will still come in handy anyhow). Glad to know now what is or isn't trade-able for future reference.

If you hover over an item in your inventory or in stores you'll get info on the item. It will always say if an item is tradeable or non tradeable there.

You can give a pet to another user by doing the following.

1: Find out the user's ID number. You need this to make sure nobody else takes the pet you're giving.

2: Go to the pet you want to trade

3: Click the 'Manage Pet' button

4: Type in the price you want to give it to them (you can't give for free, the lowest price you can have is 1) on the Sale Price Tab

5: Type in the user ID in the sell to user ID tab. This will ensure that only the user you want to give the pet to can buy the pet.

6: Click the set prices button

7: You're done! Now just wait for the user to buy the pet
