So I know the basics of releasing and how they give a boost to finding eggs in the Grove. I am currently in stage 5 and only have a tiny bit of the grove to explore.

1. Is there a certain stage you need to get to before the bonus works?
2. How long does the bonus last?
3. How much does the bonus stack (if at all)?

1. Not that I know of.

2. Until you trigger a nest and pick it up. Then the bonus resets.

3. Krin hasn't given out definitive numbers, but the more you release the higher your chance gets. I can't remember if he said you could get to 100% or if it capped out at like 80% or something. But if you release a bunch at once you'll often find one pretty quick.

from experience i would say the chances increass of about 1.5% by pets, it may not sound like mutch but if you releass about 40-50 pets you have a preaty high chance to found an egg the next time you take a walk in the LG ^-^
