They have a very rare drop from nurturing or battling Sylesti.

You can get essences from nuturing and sometimes (very rarely) from mission satchels. Getting an essence from either of these is extremly rare though. I hope this helps answer your question.

There are multiple ways.
-From the diamond shop (but they're kinda expensive)
-From other players on the trade broker; the gold prices are usually cheaper than the diamond cost, but depending on what people have up for sale, you may not be able to find what you want
-Occasional drops from battles (this might only be in the later zones though? I'm not sure)
-Occasional drops from nurturing (about 0.0195% of the time, based on data I've collected)
-Occasional rewards from opening mission satchels

low chances of drop
nurrituring
fighting
mission satchel
playing the jinxi jamboree
buying with gold on
the trade broaker
the item auction forum
buying with diamond (cost real money)
the diamond shop
