so i have this boy https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=3841368 as you can see he is a re-geneable 2 tp and all colors, and i was wonder if i used a philter of nullification on it will i be able to re-generate 4 tp or will i lose 2 tp

Pets that are regenerable are treated as not having the regenerable TP among their total until regenerated. You cannot make a pet have more regennable TP.
You would just lose whichever trait you nullified per usual, with no effect to the regenerable tp count
