How to get the kind hearted title? On the wiki says: give out an avatar item durning the fall festival.
Is that real or fake? And how could I get other titles?

You can get some baced on seniority, or by doing specific tasks during festivals. You can even trade a select few and purchase some in the trade broker.

I honestly don't remember specifically how that one was given but the wiki sounds correct. Titles are mostly given out during fests as prizes form contests or as rewards for completing specific tasks or criteria. The fest overview thread that is made for each fest should tell you what titles are available to you that fest.

Yes, you can definitely get titles from the Dungeon. I got mine there. You usually don't realize you've received a title until you check your Account Overview.

Actually the warden of umbrage title comes form completing all umbrage forest quests if I remember right
