Hello! I want to regenerate my starter pet Laura, but I visit her profile it doesnt have a regenerate button, Why? And what pets of my can regenerate?

Because there's no reason why your starter would have a regen button?
The sylvorpa, zolnixi, and aurleon were the only starter species that were revamped while regen was even a thing, and that was back in 2015.

In order for a pet to be eligible for regen, they had to have existed prior to their species' revamp. Since you joined in 2019, your starter is autmatically far too young to have gone through a revamp.
