Okay, yes hi. I have a question.
What the heck is a prismatic philter and what does it do?

Also, one other note: Prismatic philters can only be used when hatching an egg, so it can't be used to, say, raise the stats of your starter or anything like that. One philter per egg. So, to raise stats to the level you want usually takes many, many generations of breeding and using prismatic (or other stat) philters at hatching. (Just in case you weren't aware. Didn't want you to purchase a philter, then find out you couldn't use it the way you want ^.^; )
