I would say about 3-4 days, maybe 5 without any of the Enrichments, but I'm not quite sure.

You can use things to make the plants grow.

Ah. I thought it would be 3 days because that's the standard egg-to-hatchling cycle

Just checked and now I'm not sure if Enrichments give bonuses AND lessens the growing time or just bonuses.

Plants get +1 on their growth timer when you use an enrichment, but +1 hour isn't equal to 1%
If you click on a plant, you can see the actual growth bar- ((x/144) y%) for reg/fabled, 216 for maj.
Since 1 hour isn't equal to 1% (eg, both 22 & 23 show as 15% of 144, since it doesn't use fractions at all), you don't see it unless you actually click on the plant to look
(So the growth time of an unattended plant is 6 days (144 hours) (or 9, for a majestic), but tending chips away at the hours. So if you could have your plant tended every hour on the dot for 24 hours, you'd knock of 24 extra hours, making the plant have 96h/4 days left at the end of day 1, at the end of day 2 it'd have 2 days left, and at the end of day 3 it'd be finished.)
