Should I need max stat pets when entering the lost grove?
And how could we level pets faster?
I am using high stat pets, not max stat. (One of them is nearly max stat, the fire attacker.)

Slot 1: Kiki
Slot 2: Lani
Slot 3: Merlin (nearly max stat)
Is my party ok? Or I need to swap Kiki into a max stat pet?

No, max stats are not in any way required for LG, they mostly just make fights faster.
Your team should be fine, especially once the attack ranks start getting higher and you get your levels over 65.

For leveling via battling, the festival area is actually really, really good. The enemies you encounter are always locked to the level of your highest pet (while Lost Grove is generally locked to 60 or 65, minus elites), so your pets will always get max exp. The fights there also tend to be safer, meaning you can play a bit riskier - I can bring a water/air/fire team into the festival zone and get by with Mend, whereas I don't dare do that in LG. (This IS with max-stats, though. Not sure if your team will have more trouble.)
The main downside is that you won't gain proficiency for using skills in the festival zone, though, so it's up to you to decide what you want to achieve first.

Max stats are not required but will help a lot. Also, none of your pets are high stat except for Merlin...
Here's a list of things you should/can do to make your party better
1. Switch Lani into Slot 1 and Kiki into Slot 2
2. Get Kiki out of that lightbringer gear and get her into some pyromancer gear ._.
3. Upgrade all of your gear to Vinethorn
You are using the Earth Light Fire build which works just fine. I would reccomend also training up a wind pet to be an attacker; Fire is for attacking multiple enemies and Wind is for killing one enemy. In the Lost Grove most of the bosses don't have minions. Most, some do.
And here are some tips ^^
1. Stock up on grove elixirs and potions AND draughts
2. Always have some traps on hand in case you run into a themed

Oh man my brain wasn't working yesterday was it. Yeah, yeah, the pets themselves will be fine base stats-wise but I legitimately didn't register that you had Lani in slot two and Kiki in slot one.
Lani is an earth pet, they're tanks, they live in slot 1, it's what they were born to do.
and also true, light healers tend to have pyro gear, though if you've been walking around with Kiki in slot one then the lightbringers would have been helping her since you apparently have her acting as light tank?
but yeah, earth is slot 1, light 2, attacker 3
you can use whatever attacker element you like, our own main team is earth/light/air, but fire is just as good on an earth/light/attacker team, just different
