If I were to choose, I would say a Garden Skunk Ferrikki. This is just my opinion and you do not have to agree with me but who doesn't love those adorebale lil' fluffballs? Again, this is just my own opinion and you do not have to choose the Rikki. (Although they're so CUTE!)

Personally, I would go with the Sunlit Dawn Neph, as the garden grown pets are rather easy to get, whereas the wild nephini themes are always quite rare. Compare: there are currently 302 Garden Skunk Ferrikkis in existence. There are currently 12 Sunlit Dawn Nephinis in existence.

Of course, it comes down to what you actually want to have, though ^.^

I would pick a sunlit dawn neph as there are only so many of them in-game. They are pretty rare and a 3v is basically a legendary sunlit dawn neph *O*

I've seen threads in the Pet Marketplace along the lines of selling or taking offers on their choice of prizes (ie "[S] Forum Game 3vis/2vis Majestic Spring Fest Themed"). You can put what pets you prefer, items, gold/diamonds, etc. Not sure if those are still a thing, if they're not allowed then disregard me lol.

If you still have time to look for buyers and consider offers, then it could be good in the case that someone would pay quite nicely for a certain prize like a really rare Nephini, such as already-born Garden Skunk Ferrikkis, a choice of multiple pets, or much more gold/diamonds that can afford you more pets.
