tamed are pets that are caught wild/obtained as eggs from nests/scale shop (or in the case of venes and puff, bought from ethernia)
exclusives are obtained via other methods, such as festival creation activities (like gardening), fest contest boards, prizes from forum contests, eggling drops from special fest bosses, etc.
If there are both tamed and exclusives of a theme, it's generally because people chose the ones that are exclusive as their prize for one of the fest contests
In the case of Lucky Zolnixi, I think it could be that the 'exclusive' category didn't exist when the theme was first introduced (I don't know if it always existed or not)? Or the method of obtaining them changed between 2014 and 2015.
I wasn't around when they were released in 2014, and frankly I can't remember how they were obtained in 2015, and it's currently nearly half-past midnight so I won't go digging through old news posts to check, but thats our guess

To add onto Scath's answer, there is at least one big difference between tamed and exclusive themes, and that is the fact that you can use a mutator on a tamed theme and you cannot on an exclusive theme. This being the case, if there are both tamed and exclusive versions of the same theme, a tamed one will often be worth more than an exclusive one (simply because an unmutated tamed can have a greater mutator used on it at a later date to add new traits without RNG being a factor, whereas adding that same trait on an exclusive would require a themed trait disruptor.... and you have a rather low chance of getting the exact trait you want going that route).
As for why there are tamed versions of the Lucky pets, back in 2014 the Week of Love and the Fortune Festival each had their own mini zones where you could catch those pets , just like in the large zones for the seasonal fests (the one for the Week of Love had the trees/bushes arranged in a heart). I'm not sure why the mini zones stopped being a thing soon after, but they have been replaced by games and bosses in regular zones that can award exclusive pets for those mini fests. That's why there are tamed Luckies (and WoL pets like Broken Heart Lupora and Hidden Heart Zolnixi), but also exclusive ones ^.^

The Vampire Bat zolnixi is the only Lost Grove theme on that list. Most of them were tameable themes back in 2013/2014. Wooden Twilight was a restricted theme from November/December 2016; Rose Petal was a theme sold from the diamond shop during Week of Love 2016. All of these themes (except for the vampire bat, obviously) are now mostly available from the wheel of themed during the Black Friday sale in November, or purchasing from other players that have them. Sometimes there is a boss during the fests that drops some of these: Fall Fest: Halloween pets; Winter Fest: Festive pets; Fortune Fest: Lucky pets; but these are all low drop chances, and the bosses aren't included every year.
Mostly, if you're looking for particular old themes, it's best to just advertise that you are looking (and prepare to spend a good bit of gold/diamonds on them, as old/rare themes tend to be expensive). You can also look through released pets and politely contact the last owner to see if they might sell it to you. Generally you want to be able to cover the diamond cost for getting the pet back (50 diamonds per) and then whatever the actual price of the pet is (depends on the seller).
