Hi, I've been trying to change my username to Stormwing, but I entered the wrong birthdate when registering. A little help here?

Better chat wih Krin, just PM (direct mesaage) him.
Hes the most likely person to be able to lend a hand with that stuff.

Same thing happened with someone I know. She just ended up PMing Krin, and he asked her to send an email with her actual birthdate to Sylestia's support email address, and he was able to change it from there.
