CHARACTER ARCHIVE A
Hlutskipti is a young Griffi, just hatched. He has barely seen the world yet, and the danger it holds. Not much seems to be known about him so far..
This is Fjoroo, Hlutskipti's dad. He's courageous and fierce, always supporting his family. Sure, Griffies are normally lone wolves, but Fjoroo doesn't think so! Sadly, he can get really strict and abusive.
Meanwhile, there's Vikalla. She's calm, but kinda dumb. It's usually her who gets the family in trouble. At least she makes great jokes!
Crysit is a friendly Vulnyx. She wanders the cold mountains where the Griffies retreat to at the end of winter. Her long fur keeps her warm, but cold enough to not melt her ice crown. Parts of her fur sparkle like fresh snow, as does her kindness. She loves to help others!
Hessichill, a vile Nephini, and loves to prey on other Sylesties. His demeanor is deceiving, and he hates sunlight. Due to this, he kills by night. I wonder who he's going to kill next..

CHAPTER 1 AWAKENING

At first, it was dark. Hlutskipti couldn't see anything, not even himself. The darkness swirled around him like soup, encompassing his body. After long, it was sickening. When could he see anything else? When would this darkness go away? He hated it!
Then, a sudden change occurred, Bright light seared through a small hole in the eggshell. It was so bright, and he couldn't adjust to it! Hlutskipti rammed his beak against the shell, trying to get out. A cracking noise radiated through the air, and voices started to converse.
After a few more cracks, the young Griffi was out. Hlutskipti rolled out of the eggshell, his eyes adjusting to the arctic light. The voices he had heard earlier now formed words, as two figures loomed above him.
"Aww, isn't he gorgeous?"The first cooed in a feminine tone. This must be Vikalla! Hlutskipti tried to stand up, but stumbled to the ground. Vikalla picked him up by the scruff, and set him down on her back."I agree, honey. He'll be a great fighter!"Another voice resonated.
This voice sounded masculine, unlike the first. The young Griffi cooed in response, and looked up with his starry eyes. The tundra seemed to welcome Hlutskipti, and resonated with him. This was how life was, right?

Hessichill isn't the romantic type though, but I could do a partners in crime type thing
(similar to what happened with wish and summerless in war of the sylesties)
