You'll have better luck asking in the Pet Marketplace. All pet sales go there.

You're also very unlikely to find a fertile one as breeders typically don't sell fertile max stats to prevent others from stealing their work.

Buying fertil max stat is not somthing that is usualy done in general as it take alot of resource and time, about two years of selective breeding in my case, to achieve a project like those. Selling them fertil would not only hurt my project but also the projects of anybody who make/want to make max stats so you wont be able to buy a fertil one from me unfortunately.
