Crafters: they make pokeballs, they get discount on pokeballs and have more success rate of making them

coordinators: we all know what these are they can enter contests and start with a contest pass where others have to buy one

breeders: we all know what these are

Police: they deal with laws

rangers: they protect pokemon from pochers

poachers: they potch pokemon

researchers: they research and have higher chance of finding rare, shiny or crossed pokemon.

You would never guess it by looking at this psycho jester that there is a deep and sensitive person underneath. Ollie has been shy and dislikes how he looks so much that he changed his outer look to be how he wishes he was. He can be very confusing. He is afraid to let people see who he is yet hes not afraid if people are afraid of his costume. Just if they were to be afraid of how he really looks.

He when he has his costume on is very wild and crazy. He's always loud and has a twisted sense of humor, you either like him or you hate him kind of personality. He is very greedy with or without his costume. Many that know him have said that he is a child in a forty year old's body he, is an adult that never grew up and is still very child like with a teen twist to it with a twisted sense of humor.
History:

So he was born to a bunch of carnival performers. At least that's the only life he's known. He was sold given to the carnival by his parents when they saw how deformed and boney his fingers where and figured from how he was born that he would never be considered normal. So they gave him the the Carnival thinking it would be the best place for him to have as close to normal life as he could. However it wasn't the carnival decided to put him as part of their freak show. He didn't like this that was when he got his first jester costume when he was seven years old. That was when he began to feel better.

He started dressing as a jester adapting to people laughing or getting creeped out by him. Soon he within a year he was always seen wearing it. This is where he grew up till the police shut down the Carnival when he was only fourteen years old. When he was taken in by the police due to being a minor without any parents. He was completely crazed but they didn't get a sense that he was dangerous. So they called in a therapist who was also a medical doctor. This man confirmed he was not dangerous.

But now there was a problem what to do with him, they didn't know what to do if they should send him into the foster care system or if they should send him to an institution for help. But they decided he would live with the doctor for a while till the doctor thought it was safe for the child to be on his own. Which took until he was 20 years old, he was taught by the doctor all the things he would need to be able to live on his own. The two became close friends although since Ollie never new what parents where he never once called the man his father even thought the doctor soon adopted him at two years after he started staying with him.

Now together with the doctor moving just so he would have someone to go to if his hands got worse, they moved here where he could have a change of scene, and so he could go on his own pokemon journey.
