I believe it's part of the new account security measures. You'll receive them when logging into Sylestia on another device or another location.

To bounce off what Hira said,
Yep, it's a new security measure - but don't worry, you can customize it! Go to Account > Settings and scroll down. The new options are in the second section under Account Security Settings.

You have been logged out because your IP Address changed. You can adjust this setting or whitelist the following IP Address by visiting your Account Settings:
So I got this message again, but I have visited Account Settings in December 2020?
