Between the ages of sixteen and twenty is when it usually begins, small flickers of power, a shadow of what could come. But there's something new on the horizon.

Ten minutes of pure power, in one tiny capsule, in exchange for being able to access your power for the rest of your life. The catch? Its dangerous. Extremely so. The process is far from perfect, a bunch of powered people pushed to their limit, overflowing with power, in a small room, for ten minutes. People get hurt. Some peoples limit is lower than others, and there's no way to tell ones limit beforehand. The company producing this pill surge arts- is not liable for any injuries or deaths that may result from this process. All participants signed up willingly in exchange for a shot at being the next biggest hero.

Free training is provided, as well as living spaces, food and clothing. Every power is unique, and the powers of your parents has no bearing on your power, nobody know what power they'll have until they either unlock it naturally or take the pill.

Despite the danger and instability of the project, thousands come into the facilities everyday to take the pill and have a chance at being a hero. Why? Villains are tearing up the streets in a power fueled rage, destroying buildings, hurting people, they're tearing this city apart. Villains with enough power to level skyscrapers are flooding the streets, organized crime as at an all time high, and it keep climbing. Surge arts is a chance to be the person to put a stop to this, to stop the death and destruction.
